Cancellation Policy

At LUX we honor your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge for the service scheduled. No-shows, specifically missing your appointment without giving prior notice, will result in 100% charge of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to maintain the flow of our treatments and offer opening to those waiting for care.

Insurance Policy

LUX is a cash-based practice and payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major cred cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Accounts) and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts).  We are NOT in-network with insurance providers however many plans offer reimbursement for acupuncture services. Upon request we are able to provide you with a superbill which you could submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.
